Refund policy

Returns

We do our best to carefully quality-check all merchandise prior to selling, but we encourage customers to inspect all purchases for manufacturing flaws before removing tags or discarding packaging. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All inquiries should be directed to: hello@jheneandgrey.com.

Please note that a written return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. We will ask for photos of all merchandise that is found to be flawed or damaged prior to authorizing a return.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted and is up to our discretion.

Full-price merchandise can be returned for a refund to your original payment method within 10 days of in-store purchase or delivery. Items must be unworn/unwashed with tags intact.

Full-price merchandise returned between 10-30 days may be returned for store credit. After 30 days all sales are final.

To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, items must be in unwashed/unworn condition. Merchandise with smoke/pet or other distinct odors or stains are not eligible for return. Jhene and Grey reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges at our discretion.

Refunds

We will happily accept returns of unworn/unwashed full-price merchandise with tags intact, within 10 days of in-store purchase or delivery. Please contact us at hello@jheneandgrey.com to request a return authorization. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/store credit.

Once approved, your exchange/return will be processed, and a refund (when applicable) or store credit will be emailed to the address on file within 7 business days.

Discounted/Sale items 

Discounted/sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item in a different size, send us an email at hello@jheneandgrey.com. A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. We will give instructions on where to mail your exchange and any shipping costs involved. Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please email us at hello@jheneandgrey.com to arrange a return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund in the form of store credit to the gift giver along with notification of the return.

Shipping

A return authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Please email us at hello@jheneandgrey.com to arrange a return or exchange. We will give instructions on where to mail your return and the shipping costs involved. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit by outside carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
